I purchased a Cello Mobile phone after researching for over a month. I made the decision based on reviews on Rick Steves and Yelp (10% discount applies if you mention them.)They also don't have any complaints from the BBB. I did not want an Estonian number and the other rival companies look like the call plans per minute were a lot more expensive because they charge for incoming calls as well as outgoing calls. Although the competitors phones may be cheaper-I think the call charges will add up to a significant amount. The phone came quickly with instructions. I haven't used it yet but got my US and UK numbers, so I can give them out before my trip. I do not think I will mind the "call-back" feature because there is no pin# to use or complicated system. Customer service was nice and answered all my questions (they do close early on Fridays EST.)I spoke to Abie several times and he was great! I got a new quad-band (locked) with a $30 credit on it. So far so good.
