BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!
I purchased 5 items from them to build our company serve over the phone per the request from my computer tec. I was given there phone number to place the order and did not even look at there web site and return policy. The sales person did not explain the return policy when placing the order. She said they had 5 in stock.(not true because it was sent from Houston, Tx. from their supplier) and they are in L./A. The next day I called to cancel the order because we decided to buy a complete server from Dell but it already shipped. Before the product even was deliverd I was told there is a 25% restocking fee for returns. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!!!!! I set the return policies at my company and would "NEVER" think of charging my customers a 25% restocking fee especially on a stock item that can be resold. If we did we would not have any customers.
