The Customer Service Rep told me that since it was after 30 days it would have to go to their corporate office. Furthermore I have now been billed for an item I haven\u0027t even recieved yet. Te rep told me to make the minimum payments since it\u0027s going to take 1 -2 billing cycles for this to go through and I should get all my money back. I don\u0027t buy this and unfortunately I saw all the complaints about this company after I placed the order. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I\u0027m waiting for their response, but I\u0027ve heard that it may be neccessary to call the actually credit, World Financial Bank. I\u0027m going to try this tommorow and I\u0027m also going to see if I should get a lawyer as well.
