Contrary to what they state on their website they charged my credit card immediately. After 30 days and no delivery I emailed them as to what the delay was. NOTHING! Over the course of several months I emailed them countless times and received only two auto-gen form letters. Then out of the blue almost four months after ordering the product it came. I feel very fortunate that I was able to even get my purchase from these shady characters. Many people have not. BEWARE, do not purchase from these people ever!!! I have learned my lesson and will never purchase from them again!
