Ordered some cheap flash lights from the company, took a little over a week to come in but understandable considering its being shipped out of china. I was surprised that the products were alot better then i hoped for, considering that they are made in china. would purchase from them again.

I placed an order for a gateway FX 6801 PC on 1/20/2010. I chose this company because of their low prices with decent computer specs. The order came in fairly quickly only I didn't get a computer, I received a Gateway monitor. I have emailed them and about 3 days later they requested the serial number of the monitor. I emailed them the serial number and haven't heard from them for 3 days. I emailed them again, requesting a refund since I don't want a monitor, but so far no response. Its been about 5 days, avoid this company like the plague! I also tried calling the phone number on their website. I was put on hold listening to elevator music for about 45minutes before someone picked up. He said "let me transfer you to the guy in charge of the store", which was as I expected an answering machine. I left a message but not surprisingly no one called me back. Great prices, but horrible service. I'll update if i get some resolution to this problem.
