I tried to purchase a roku player from the website, but the handoff between Paypal and Roku failed and gave me no indication that the order was placed. I received an email confirmation after placing the order a second time. Within twenty minutes, I was chatting with a customer service representative who informed me that it was impossible to cancel the original order, which I never agreed to place; there was no way to contact the shipping warehouse once an order had been sent. Fair enough. Roku provided a fedex shipping label and I sent the duplicate order back to them once I'd received it. The return process took over a month and required a some back and forth with customer servive, but they did eventually refund me
