From the videos posted on their website I think Nitroplanes is just the latest front company for Banana Hobby (well know for their horrible customer service). If your product is complete and you have no problems then they are fine to work with. However if there is a part missing or broken you can forget about any sort of customer service/support. Hours spent on hold on the phone, no response to emails, etc (Sounding just like Banana Hobby and we all know how worthless they were). I think the guy in NP's video is the same guy (Pete) from Banana Hobby's video which only reinforces this is a front company. Buy from with caution. I suggest using a credit card so you can dispute charges if there is anything wrong with the product because you are not going to get any customer support with problems without disputing the charges (meaning the credit car company pulls back payment from them), then you'll hear form them or they'll send you an RMA if that is what you want so you can return their product. Be sure to check out your plane to be sure all parts are there and working as soon as you get the plane. You can only dispute the charges with your credit card company for a short period of time after ordering
