My next purchase of laptop will either be an HP or Apple. Never again will I purchase a dell laptop for the sake of saving money and headaches. We purchased a dell inspiron and this peice of crap has given us more problems since day one. First off the laptop would over heat very fast, then it would shut down and this blue screen would come up and prompt us to restart the laptop. Next, the battery life didn't even last a year. To make it worse, calling dell support is a pain in the A$$. Sorry but they have the worst customer service you could ever encounter. They keep transfering you to someone saying that they will handle the situation and they keep asking you for the same information as if they dont have a computer system infront of them to present their customers information. They are very hard to understand and they dont seem to offer any solutions to your problems or suggest anything. Instead of providing solutions they just transfer you until you decide you've had enough of talking to someone who just keeps giving you the same answer " let me transfer you".
Its ridiculous. Lets just say that i will not own any dell products for as long as i live and even my children will not own one. your better off with an acer.
