Mack Cam helped me to rectify this human error and, although they weren\u0027t able to let me buy the warranty I wanted to be under, they did ship a new digital video projector bulb (about a $300 part) out to me free of charge. Based on my own experience, I would work with them again. I can\u0027t comment on their warranty service work though because I have yet to use it, but when\/if I do, I will make comment.
