I had the unbelievable experience of having to call 8-10 times after placing an order, and STILL not recieving what I had ordered. Most of the customer service people were courteous, but one of them put me on hold as I was complaining about the amount of time I was spending trying to get my order shipped. Two others tried to cut me off as I was trying to tell them to reship my order.

The service I recieved was so poor, I searched the net to make sure that they were a bona fide reseller (that's how I found this site). I never imagined doing business with a company with service this poor, I would not have thought service this poor existed.
