I ordered the MM U2-UFO with holes drilled for the Black Ice radiators. I spent the next few months getting the rest of my components for my new EXTREME build. When I started to install the fans and radiators on to the case, I realized that the hole pattern was wrong 4 out of the 12 holes were not drilled right and on the back where there is another radiator all of the holes were not drilled properly. They give you the option of which hole pattern you want drilled. After spending far too many hours trying to assemble this together, I finally decided to drill new holes. Well needless to say it wasn't pretty. So after throwing a fit because I ruined a $350.00 plus dollar case, and now I have a crappy looking radiator I decided to try and get in touch with them to find out what a replacement front and back panel would cost. I had originally tried to call them since they have a phone number listed. each time I would call all I get is the same canned voice mail. saying that their phone hours are 10 am to 430 pm PST. They never pick up the phone. I have sent a number of emails and I have received 1 email telling me the panels are $50.00 dollars. I have since tried to find these panels on their website and I can't find them. So here I am with a totaly worthless POS case and absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from Mountain Mods. I'm out a $130.00 Black Ice GTX and I am just tired of trying to get anywhere with these people.
So in conclusion, I would have to say that this was my first and last time to buy from these people. While its a beautiful case and all that, I wish that the customer service was more in line with the price of the case. Phone support is important since people do need to speak to people at times. They got my money so they really don't need to speak to me I guess. But I have a few more forums to vent my frustrations.
