“We have reached out to you directly at this time in regards your order. Your tracking numbers for all of your purchases are listed on your account. Which at this time states that this order was delivered to you on May 4, 2012, only one week after you redeemed your purchase from KGB. When you purchased the deal through KGB, they provided you with a link in order to redeem your deal through our website. The reason why you needed to follow the link is due to this being a deal with KGB. Also, when you purchased the deal with KGB, it did state to please allow two weeks for delivery, but it was shipped out well before that time frame.
