Horrible. I placed an order online and the only communication I got was an automatically generated order confirmation. The product webpage said it normally ships in 24-48 hours, and would arrive in 7-10 business days. I checked my account on their site a week later, and the order didn't even show up. I sent an online inquiry. No response. A few days later I sent another online inquiry. Again, no response. Since they only have customer service hours by phone from 12-5 on weekdays, it is difficult for me to call them while I am at work. When I finally was able to, the person was very short with me. He said "it was cancelled." He said it shows that on the order. He apparently didn't believe me when I stated it doesn't show up at all. And he said he replied stating it was cancelled. He never gave a reason for the cancellation, but the product is still available on their site and listed as in stock.
