I ordered four HP toner cartridges June 14, 2003 upon which they promptly charged my credit card. As of July 16, 2003 they still have not shipped the order and they show a status on their web site of it being processed. I have asked them to cancel the order twice and they still have not responded to my last three emails. They also have eliminated all phone contact. They responed to my first email explaining that they were having shipping difficulties but since then I have recieved no replies to my emails. I am concerned that they may be experiencing financial difficulties and/or entering bankruptcy, why else would they refuse to communicate by phone or answer my last thtee emails???
