Newegg is definitely one of the best places to shop for PC parts on the net. I haven't been a constant newegg buyer but I have ordered from them a few times before and everything has always been smooth. On this past order I did hit a snag... it seems my Residential address was being recognized as a PO Box and of course, they don't ship to PO Boxes. Called them right away and was met with a representative (Tyler) who took his time and went to the process of finding out what was going on. After much skulking around, it seems that the option I chose (FedEx to PR) was the culprit and he changed my shipping to UPS 2nd Day at NO extra charge! Is that great service or what? Now I will be able to enjoy my new build in a couple of days! If you are thinking about ordering from another merchant, don't forget to visit newegg.com first.!!!

I ordered the ZOTAC GeForce 8800 GTS G92 512MB over the holiday weekend also. I couldn't resist the special they had ($159.99 for the card + $40 dollars rebate brings the card to $120) for this good performance card. Service was great. They processed the order quickly Monday, picked up FedEx international shipping (they offer good shipping options!) and received my card today! Heck I even wrote in their "notes" section for FedEx to give me a call and they wrote it on the Box. FedEx called me, I went to pick it up and here I am enjoying my new card. Everything came as advertised and I'm pretty happy with the purchase! Will buy from them again anytime!!
