Horrible experience! No problems with the order process and getting my card charged, but 1 month later and I still don't have my item! I emailed about it with no response... I called several times and never got a human voice until today, I left voice mails with my phone number and no reply. Today I called about my order, but I was too early for sales department office hours. Then I decided to look at my credit card statement and I see that my order had been refunded. I did not iniate this refund nor did I recieve any notification that the refund was taking place. I guess that the refund is the response to my voice mails! (don't worry, they were polite). Well I guess that's that. I don't feel like trying to contact them to figure out what the story is. It will be good enough for me to never deal with them again, and I encourage you to do the same.
