Sold item that was shown in stock, one month later - nothing. I've asked on the order update 2 times and was promised that "it will be shipped tomorrow." Looks like tomorrow never comes with these jokers. And they even did not respond on my email with order cancellation request...

Avoid this seller!

Ok food for emergency, nonexistent customer service.

I've ordered 2-weeks responder from efoodsdirect, 2 pouches were missing when it arrived. I've sent email and contacted customer service using their website form. No one bothered to answer me. While few dishes I tried tasted not bad for this kind of food, I definitely not going to do more business with the company. If they don't care about customers on small case they probably will not care at all. And by the way, they did not publish this review on their website... So, I've found better place for it right here!

Nothing but hassles! Stay away!

Placed - order, they sent me shipping confirmation, couple days after sent e-mail that stated: "Thank you for shopping at Bytewize Computers. The purpose of this e-mail is to inform you of some unfortunate news regarding your order. The product you have ordered had an error in its price at the time of purchase. Please see below for your order details." Nice turn - after shipping confirmation! Had to cancel the order. Got a refund. End of story? Not yet: they Charged: 64.60 USD *BUT* Refunded: -62.96 USD. For request to refund the difference I didn't receive any response so far...

Update: they answered for my request to refund the difference. It really worth to publish their answer "as is". No further comments.

I have sent a notice over to accounting to check on this. At this time our records show the refund was provided in full.

The issue may be a currency exchange discrepancy with your financial institution. If this is determined to be the case this would need to be adjusted by your credit card provider at your end as we have no access to adjust items related to currency exchange fluctuation which is a daily occurrence.

If you have an opportunity to check with your credit card provider on this I would recommend doing so. In the meantime I have email accounting to confirm that the credit from our end was for the entire amount of the purchase.

First of all this company running several websites and you can find them (the same hole in the wall) at cableclub.com, bonuscable.com, cablesgroup.com

I ordered couple times cables there and apparently they didn't have a chance to screw it up ;-). In the last order they sent me Hard Drive enclosure with broken faceplate. Let me emphasize it: they SENT me Hard Drive enclosure with broken faceplate – it was not damaged in shipping. I can tell it for sure because UPS box was not damaged in any way and its contents were packed well however the box with enclosure was damaged on the corner like it was stricken or dropped from the height. Needless to say that I was disappointed though anyone can make a mistake and overlook damaged box when putting too many items for shipping. So next day I called them and explained the situation – it took some time before the person on the phone understood what I am talking about; finally she instructed me to send enclosure back and use my customer ID as RMA - that was kind of weird... I sent it back and couple weeks later started to wonder what is going on - checked the tracking info – they got my package. I called them again they couldn’t find the package (2 weeks after they got one!) and offered me to call next week! On the next week they finally found the package after I told my story third time to the same person. She promised to send replacement “sometimes on this week”. Again I called on the next week to check did they send replacement – of course they didn’t - got promise to send replacement “this day” – at this moment I lost my temper told what do I think about the way they are doing business and requested refund.

Bottom line: if you need something on time and without hassles – stay away from this company. Their prices are good besides that nothing else is good there! Their customer service is pathetic and totally helpless, communication is troubled and unpleasant. They just lost my business forever.

I bought 2 web cams from the company. They shipped me one _USED_ camera. I called and asked for a price adjustment they refused to give it and propose to send a replacement. Customer service representative was polite but it did not improve the situation. After careful reviewing their return policy and taking into account relatively small value of the product (~$40) and absense of 800 number I decided do not bother. I don't know is shipping of the USED item was accidental or it is a regular practice of the company you can check it, if you want. Definitely I will not buy here again!

I bought Laptop HDD from the company. Everything went just excellent - quick shipment, very good packing.
Did I mention it was the BEST price on the net? Defenitely I will buy here again!

*** Buyers beware***
The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... They do NOT HAVE PHONE you can call to! It is impossible to answer on their e-mails via e-mail program by hitting "Reply". I tried to do it 4(!) times. Every time I got auto acknowledgement of receiving - that's it! Nobody answered. You can still try to send e-mail via their WEB page - messages are answered but it is total miscommunication - they didn't bother to find previous messages from you and you have to explain situation again and again and again... Totally frustrating experience! They screwed up 2 my last orders: The first order was cancelled after 1 month of waiting (item was shown is in stock when order was placed!!!). In the second time they shipped wrong item and I haven't any luck on my multiple requests for getting replacement - not refund. I even not quite sure how they will handle the refund they sent me similar but cheaper item. It will not be a big surprise for me now if they will try to give me refund as I would buy the cheaper item... The prices are low but DO NOT EXPECT to receive good service for your money here!
