bought what was supposed to be a NEW digital Canon camera for my daughter for Christmas. She realized as soon as she opened it that it was not new but refurbished. She new this because she had the exact same camera I had bought her from Target last year but it had been stolen, thats why I was purchasing another one for her. This one that was supposedly new was missing some features, plus it was not in an original box that a new one would normally come in. It would not even take one picture without a memory card. I have emailed them to get a RMA number to return it, but have not heard anything back. I tried calling but there is not an answer, it just rings and rings. Not even a message on their end! The paper work says the return has to within 7 days in order to get refund. But this is fraud, so next week after the holidays are over, I guess I'll start at my bank and see if there is anything I can do. I used a debit card, not a credit card so I don't know if there anything that I will be able to do. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
