I purchased a "Matrox dualHead2Go" from Page Computer and after a couple weeks passed I noticed my credit card was charged for the order but I never received my order, I checked my order history to see that was marked as shipped, but with no tracking info. I waited a couple more weeks, but the product never arrived. I since have used their built in customer support email twice, emailed them directly once and have left three voicemails (over about a month) and they have failed to return any email or phone call. In fact, now when I call, it says their customer service voicemail box is full. So I highly recommend that NO ONE purchase anything from Page Computer - they either have gone under, are charlatans or just don't care about their customers.
