Ordered from this company three times, each time the order was processed smoothly and swiftly. The third time, the product proved to be defective (The fault of the manufacturer, not Acortech). RMA process was simple and smooth and I mailed the package with the defective product on a Tuesday and had a replacement in my hands the following Monday. This is impressive as I live all the way accross the country in New Jersey.

Excellent service. Fast and accurate with my request to flash a BIOS version that was not the latest. Got my computer back up and running in short order. Only complaint is that the website could use a facelift.

Product arrived in excellent condition, price was fair. My only complaint is that they need to kick it up a notch when it comes to shipping time. I ordered the processor on a Sunday night and it took them until the following Wednesday night to ship it. However, given the time of year (right around when they were getting Christmas orders), I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. A person actually called me on the phone and apologized, which says alot about their customer care. Other than the slightly slow shipping, an excellent experience.
