“We have emailed this customer asking for her order number or last name on the order, but we have no reply.
“1084” is not our order number format. Given that we also don’t sell bras, I’m not sure this review refers to one of our orders.
Our review of all orders placed on 7/11/11 shows that no women’s clothes of any kind (tank tops, casmisoles) were ordered on that date.
We will be glad to give this customer a more detailed response once we can locate this order, but return authorization numbers are always forwarded the same day as requested.
Equally important, email is not ‘the only way’ to contact us. Our customer service number, 315-245-3000, is posted prominently online, and any customer can call anytime. A sympathetic real person will answer the phone.
