When I saw it showed up as cancelled on their site, tried to get through to customer service which is nearly impossible. Called sales and was told item was backordered and had been out of stock, even though their site says in stock. They said they don\u0027t have enough people to keep the site up to date. Charged my card even though it was out of stock.
