Had a pleasant experience with Roman at Invision Technologies. We chose Invision over 3 other possible retailers when we purchased our Pioneer 5080 plasma. Roman was very up front with information and was readily available to discuss the product whenever I called and had questions.

I might add that you don't want to confuse Invision with some of the other "shadey" places that you can find on the internet. Just look at the ratings that they carry...you reap what you sow and its very true from what you read in the numerous responses here at resellerratings. With my purchase being rather substantial I was concerned about doing the deal but looking back I know we made the right choice. Would definitely recommend them to others and will definitely consider them in the future for additional purchases.

I ordered 3 mp3 to radio modulators from them. I recieved no email or invoice when they came. None of them work. Have tried to contact them with no success. I should of looked at resellerratings before I bought.

Have been looking for a camcorder for the last 2 months. Mainly due to my rural location I searched the internet exclussively. After much consideration and investigation I settled on the panasonic 400. Monitoring pricegrabber, and reading multiply reviews about online vendors, I picked 6ave.com as my first choice. Had a very good experience. Was given the opportunity to purchase accessories by the salesperson but was not "pushed" in any way by him. Was told when I could expect the camera, gave him my CC numbers and that was it. Recieved the item in good order and would, based on this experience, not hesitate to order from them again.

I just got off the phone with a representative and their supervisor in regards to the placement of a bid from their site. I was looking for a keyboard and found this site through pricegrabber and I was led to believe, after registering that I was going to bid on a new logitech keyboard(website indicated they had 31 available. Going through the website I was led to believe that I was "BIDDING". Phrases that led you through their site included the following, "Bid Information", "Auction Information", "Place Your Bid", "Time Left To Bid", "Starting Bid","Reserve Price", "Incremental Bid", "Total Bid", and they even had a "U Buy It Bid". Are there indicators for you to place a bid? Absolutely!!! Well would you like to "PREVIEW YOUR BID"? Sure...you just bought it. I bought a relatively inexpensive product...what if you think your bidding on an item that sells in the hundreds of dollars. In as good as job as they could do the two ladies tried to conceal what this website is doing. Misleading the customer creating a lose/lose situation

I ordered a MUVO tx fm and a service contract from them in March of 2005. They sent me the wrong mp3 player and willing said they would exchange it. Great!! In order to get the correct item out to me they had to charge my debit card again (for the mp3 player and the service contract). No problem with that either. I was told that when they recieved the wrong mp3 player they would credit my account. Great!! Sent out the mp3 player the same day. Took over a month and over 10 phone calls to get my money back for the mp3 player. Took another 6 weeks and probably another 10 phone calls to get my money back for the service contract. In talking with them they were friendly, (difficult to talk to the same person twice though). I am glad they have a toll free number. I would be hard pressed to buy from them again. It is unfortunate that it worked out this way, for everybody involved.

My situation:
ordered a combo (cpu + mb) on a thur. Realized Friday that I had made a mistake in the order. Called Monarch and explained that I ordered the wrong CPU. It was near closing time and the rep told me it was on the truck and he may not be able to stop it. But rather to call tommorrow and find out. End of phone call. One hour later, 7:00 pm, same rep calls and told me he had taken it off truck, changed cpu, flashed the bios and that I should get it the next day. This guy went out of his way to provide the help I needed. Definitely a 10 out of 10!!! Customer service above and beyond!!!
