They pretty much ignore you and you can't call them, either. Plus, they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.”

I rec'd the wrong product from one of their merchants and the merchant wouldn't return my calls or email, and buy.com would do nothing except contact them for me. After a few weeks of calls they would only mediate on my behalf and not refund any money directly.
I had a similar problems with a merchant on Amazon, but Amazon promptly refunded my money and took care of collecting from the dead-beat merchant. No hassles!”
“Ordered an item listed as "in stock and ships in 24-48 hours". I placed the order late on the 23rd and they didn't shipped the item until the 29th, and without any notice whatsoever. They also run a perpetual "free ground shipping" ad on their site that "ends tonight at midnight", but it's there every day. Their customer service dept. gave me a 10% credit and apologized, so all is well. Product rec'd in good order.”
