I've been ordering from this company for a number of years, and I've always been happy with their prices and the quality of their supplements. Never had a problem until recently. I placed an order on April 14, they debited my account and sent me a confirmation the very next day, but now it is May 5 and I've not received my order. I have called both their customer service number and their business number. Each time I've called, the line picks up, is quiet for about 20 seconds, then automatically hangs up. I've sent them 2 emails and tried leaving a message on their web page help line. I requested both a delivery and a read receipt for my last email message. It was delivered, but has not been read. From reading the rest of these posts, I suspect that the company went out of business earlier this year but still continues to accept money for orders. I'm going to look elsewhere for good prices on the supplements I use. I just checked my bank account and realized that although the charge showed up as pending right away, it never did clear so I was not charged. Phew! Still, I'm going to start shopping with a different company.
