SCAM! Do not order any thing from this outfit. Just look up their poor record with BBB.

It's a painful experience in dealing with X10.com. It has the most disgusting employees in sales and customer service of all companies I've dealt with. First, the order was not processed and shipped until 4 days had gone by since the order was placed. It took more than 11 days to receive. When we opened the package some items were missing and some items were incorrectly filled. Subsequent contacts with customer services were a real pain: long wait on phone and when we finally reached a live person, she was a complete waste of time: incompetent, robot-like responses, and failed to follow through what she promised to do: sending us a link to download the software that was not shipped with the order. When we reached a supervisor named "Lacresha", she turned out to be as incompetent and very unpleasant like the rest of the customer service agents. They count the 30-satisfaction guarantee from the day you place the order - not when you receive the order! So, by the time you actually have the ordered items in your hand, you would actually only have about 10 days left to return the products. Second, the quality of X10 products is very very disappointing and unreliable - just like the company itself. By the way, all of X10 products are made in China. That should say something about quality or lack thereof.

In short, unless you enjoy pain and suffering, do not even be tempted with the sleazy advertisement of X10.com. It'd be just a matter of time these shysters get their day in court and in disgrace!

While I did not order any products from this outfit, I just wanted to post here my pre-sale experience: it's very disappointing.

1. homeeverything.com website contains erroneous information: picture of the products do not match with the actual item.

2. Sales people are poorly trained and lack of minimum verbal skills expected in sales business.

3. This is also reflected by the management team.

Overall, it's a bad sign and I am not going to waste any of my time, money, and potential headache dealing with this company.

The order was delayed and many excuses were given. The memory finally came two weeks after promised. When arrived the memory were defected but customer service has been very irresponsible. I would never do business with 1st Choice Memory again!

My order was processed and shipped quite promptly. I did receive a defect merchandise but after some phone calls Newegg.com took care of it. Except for the hassle of returning the defected item, I was surprisingly satisfied with the customer service.

I agree with the majority of reviewers here: sit4less.com can ruin your day! I placed an order online in early Jan but after a couple weeks I did not receive any thing nor did I receive a confirmation e-mail. When I called in I discovered a new low of bad customer service from all levels at Sit4less.com. There is absolutely no accountability in this company.


My advice is don't go for the cheap price or any sales tactic cast by Sit4less.com. Go to a showroom and find the right chair for yourself. By not doing business with Sit4less.com could save you lots of headache and time (not mentioning money).

I was drawn to this online store by the low price but I became very wary of their unreliability of service. After placing the order I waited for four days but received no tracking number as I was promised. When I tried to contact them by phone, no one answered the call and the voice mail box was "filled". My repeated emails received no answer either. Dead end!

I am not sure if the people who run this operation are ligitimate but their business practices resemble those of untrustworthy trades.
