I am in the middle of a very bad experience with them. I placed an order a week ago. Their website is very bad, and the prices will change based on the link you use to get to the website. I had an order of $40.99 ready to go, but when I hit "Confirm", the price that it ordered it at was $102.55. It had the correct price on the screen, right above the "Confirm" button, but it changed after I confirmed it! I emailed them immediately and told them to cancel. Two days later, I had no information, so I called and asked if it had been cancelled. They told me it had, even though I had no notification. A week later, I still hadn't got any refund so I called a second time. They said they hadn't issued a refund yet, but they'd do it right away. I waited again, but no correspondence and no refund, so I called a third time and they said they still hadn't issued a refund, but they would have to issue a check because my credit card was expired (it is not). Huge hassle to correct an error in their website. I'll never come close to this place again.
