I recieved a one time e-mail that my order is processing but nothing after that with no tracking # only status that shows \u0022processing\u0022. I call several times during all times of the day and am on hold with an automated system up to ONE hour till I have to hang up. There is no way on the online site that you can get a hold of anyone so for anyone who places an order, my advice is Don\u0027t.
