Once again newegg comes through, It is to much fun to work with guys (and Gals) that put the customers first, It almost makes you want to have a problem so you can have them fix it, this way you have a reason to call and talk to them I just got a sony DVD drive that was no good new in the box (I know better than sony but i did it anyway((wrong thing to do)) Called our friends at newegg 5 minutes tha issue was solved, RMA was in my email box, new drives were here in 3 days shipped free, with a little extra discount on top of it all for the hastle of the drive being which was not there fault (drop shipped from warehouse) Thanks again NEWEGG and the folks that do there job so well
