“I recently was searching online to get my mom a mother's day gift and after deciding to get her the entire series of the West Wing I found many stores with better pricing but what attracted me to the WB Shop was the fact that on there webiste it said "NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING TO ENSURE DELIVERY IN TIME FOR MOTHER'S DAY" Well, if I only had come here first!
The next day when my package did not arrive I called their customer service number and spoke to a woman. If she was any more relaxed she would have been in a coma. Through her grunts and one word answers it qucikly became clear that I was going to have to ask her if she needed my order number, not the other way around. Then she asked me what I ordered as if she had no idea despite the fact that I had just given it to her.
When I explained to her that my package never arrived she told me that she would ship it out today. Mind you this is now 6:00 pm when I am home from work and expecting my package to already be at my home. When I told her I paid extra for the next day air she informed me that my package could not have shipped because I did not call to confirm my billing and mailing address. ?????
I told her no where did it say I had to call and that they had already taken the money from my account and asked her what if I had not called. Her response was that "they would have called me." Interesting indeed!
I asked for a supervisor and put my husband on the phone. When the woman came back she said " I thought I was transfering your wife to the supervisor." He explained that I wanted him to talk to her and she repeated for some reason in an even ruder voice that she was only supposed to be transfering me and made me come back to the phone as though some sort of permission was needed!!!
The next and even ruder woman said everything the first women said except she was able to add that next day shipping just means that it will be shipped THE NEXT DAY not that we would RECIEVE it then. I mean good god silly me!!!
BOTTOM LINE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE RUDE AND MISLEADING! SHAME ON WARNER BROS FOR PROVIDING SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HAVE HONESTLY NEVER HAD SUCH A RUDE AND MISLEADING ONLINE EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! NOW AFTER READING THE REST OF THESE REVIEWS I WONDER IF MY MOM WILL EVER GET A PRESENT THIS YEAR.....”
