Horrible customer service. Placed order on Aug 31, 2010 for priority mailing of Azoydl. Spent $141.04 plus the shipping. Item is to be shipped on ice. Received item on Sept 7th, 2010 and very warm. When I called to tell them of this, they said they shipped it within the time and that ice packs melt. I asked how good the medicine would still be and they didn't know. I asked about a refund and to get the medicine sooner and they said I would have to repay the money plus pay for overnight shipping and then I could file a claim and "maybe" get the money back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said the same thing then told me to call the company who makes the meds and ask them if it was still good. But he "William" couldn't do anymore to help me. I called the medicine company and noone has returned my call. What do I do? Do I give the meds to the dog who is already in Renal failure and this is medicine to help her or do I say I just wasted all that money. I will never order from them again. Rude, uncaring and very poor customer service. Very unsatisfied!!
