Sat down and submitted an email and finally received a return email advising of my requested RMA. The replacement battery (which was not new by the way) didn\u0027t charge properly and depleted much faster than my currently used battery I was attempting to replace. Advised company of this and they still deducted a restocking fee from my purchase. Stay away from this company and I most definitely plan to get the word of mouth around encouraging possible buyers to stay away from this seller as well.
