I ORDERED A TV, ETC. WANTED TO ORDER INK FOR MY CANNON FAX/PHONE L75 SO I WOULD ONLY HAVE ONE SHIPPING. MAYBE YOU CAN LISTEN TO THE CALL. HE WAS IN SUCH A HURRY TO GET RID OF ME, I COULD NOT EVEN TELL HIM ABOUT OTHER THINGS I WANTED TO ORDER.

I REALIZE YOU PUT YOUR PEOPLE UNDER PRESSURE. HOPE HE WAS NOT WORKING FROM HOME.
ALSO THE REBATES SUCKS WHEN YOU HAVE TO DO THEM BY MAIL. I GOT THE FORM, $5 YOU GET IT BACK IN A COUPLE OF DAYS, AFTER I AGREE TO THIS, I HAVE TO HAVE BAR CODE, ETC.
IF YOU CANNOT GIVE A REBATE WHEN PURCHASED, I WILL NOT IN THE FUTURE BUY A MAIL IN REBATE. I ALSO KNOW, SOMEONE DOES NOT WANT ME TO SEND IN MY REBATE. YOUR COMPANY SHOULD HAVE A NO MAIL IN REBATE, ITS DONE WHEN YOU BUY, OR DON'T DO IT. I CAN GO TO WALMART AND BUY AND RETURN WITH NO PROBLEM, AND PAY CLOSE TO YOUR PRICE. NOW I DID NOT GET TO ORDER ALL THE ITEMS I WANTED, HAVE A PROBLEM WITH TV, WILL PROBABLY BE SCREWED. CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR, REBATE SUCKS. SO MY BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD.
