I ordered a new desktop through this company because of the rave reviews on this website. I had never even heard of this company before then. Not only did they have some of the best prices out there, but I was amazed at how quickly they assembled my custom-built PC. I ordered over the busy holidays, and they had the PC built and shipped to me within 5 days! The system arrived quickly and with good packaging. It ran extremely well right out of the box, and had absolutely no bloatware installed. Note that I have only had the computer for a few weeks so far, without issues. The gaming performance is outstanding. I haven't dealt with their customer service dept yet, as I haven't had a reason to call them.
