I was ordering a cellphone and shipping was advertised as free for this phone. As I went through the transaction, shipping was $0 until I pushed PAY. Then over $9 was added. That was the cost of the item I bought! I tried numerous times to cancel the sale or remedy the situation, but the phones were never answered and emails never responded to. This company is a scam. Beware.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! The rudeness and stupidity of the salespeople at this company astound me. "Dave" tried the hardest upsell I have ever been priveleged to endure. He tried selling me the "stand," the warranty, and then told me the "lower" price shipping wasn't available in my area, (SC,) so I'd have to pay much more. When I told him to cancel the order, he told me he couldn't. GRRRRR!!!! Then he offered to send it at the quoted price, and it would get to me in 4 weeks. (Not 10-12 days, as stated on site.) I said cancel it. He offered me $10 off. It was all I could do not to tell him to stuff it. I guess I'll buy local. 4 internet companies have bait and switched me. I am just trying to buy a TV and they think the average internet consumer is a gullible moron.

Bait and switch...scam.......No mention of insurance fee till item is bought and they call to upsell......Web says they ship UPS. Salesman says its a private shipper.....will cost $92 more. I hate the internet sales scams. grrrr
