Overall its been a good experience, with some growing pains for sure. No business model is perfect but they try to get problems solved in a reasonable and timely fashion.
Overall all i give them a 4 stars out of five. I have rarely had a problem and its always been taken care of promptly.
Recently I have a defective MP3 player.
I emailed them about it and in 48hours a sales rep sent out another replacement fed ex ground without any more effort from me.
Be sure the 3rd party endorsements like Resellers Ratings and such show that they are committed to excellent products and service.
As a retired used dealer of vintage pc parts; I have dealt with online sellers that take your money and disappear into the night never to be seen again; it wont happen with the Geeks. 15 years later they're still going strong.
