Product was improperly packaged at factory and destroyed before it left warehouse. Raidentech did take the item back but sent me a replacment in the same condition. They say they only offer (1) return to each coustomer. There is no mention of this policy on website, they say they offer 100% satisfaction. This is not the case. They refuse to take this junk back and refund my money. Given the other complaints on this board this appears to be serial behavior. Shipping damaged goods to innocent folks. Have nothing to do with this company or any of its sister companies. Thye have invented a clever way of getting rid of defective product.
