Horrible, just horrible. I wanted to use a $5 off $10 purchase coupon, and another coupon that gives a free keyboard, mouse, and speakers for orders over $10. I buy a bunch of USB cables over $10, everything looks okay until after I hit the confirmation button. My free items disappeared, so I emailed customer service 30 minutes after I made the order. I never received a reply at all, and CSO approved and charged the order. Then I sent another email to get a refund. This time they repsonded after several days on 2/24/04. They said they would refund my money in 10-15 business days because "we have had an innumerable amount of orders over the last two weeks because of our great prices and latest move that it has delayed us quite a bit!", which is B.S. Today is 3/22/04, and I still have not received my refund. I am going to contact them one more time and if I don't get my refund, I'll send a complaint to the BBB or FTC.
Update: They refunded my money on 4/14/04 after I submitted a complaint to the BBB sometime during the end of March. I won't be ordering (online at least) from them again though.
