Do not order anything from Hobbylinc.com. I emailed to ask if they had the A/C Robart paint shaker in white, and they responded that they did a few days later. I placed my order yesterday morning (just after getting their email about the color) and called immediately after to make sure they would make a note about the color since it was pictured on their site as the black/orange version. The guy told me that they "guarantee nothing" and would just give me whatever they picked out of the box, so I said to cancel my order. Somehow we corresponded through email where they got really rude to me and started mocking me, and I told them that I was upset that they had wasted so much of my time, especially that I spend the day checking my PayPal account for the refund. They still haven't started to process a refund and I believe that they are dragging it out just be mean. What the heck, I was trying to give them my business?!
