We had a horrible experience with Design Furnishings. When we finally received our order (it took forever) there were cushion that were missing. It has been almost 12 months and we still don't have those missing cushions. Within 2 weeks of receiving the order, our red cushions were fading badly. They now look ten years old. The quality is subpar at best. When they finally responded to our missing cushion request, we reminded them about the fading. They wouldn't do anything about it. They were going to send us the new missing cushions that wouldn't match the old faded cushions. Their comment was that now the cushions were one year old...yes, but that is how long it took to chase them down.
Be careful, that so-called lifetime guarantee doesn't cover fading, even after two days. At least that is what the last rep said to us.
Trying to get ahold of this company is a joke. They tell you that they will call you back but that never happens. Then they stop taking your calls because they have caller ID. When we called from another line, they answered right away. Seriously?
It isn't as if we didn't spend enough money with this company. We bought two outdoor huge sectionals. You would think that would be worthy of a return phone call.
If I were you, I would buy from someone else.
