I purchased Victorinox Swiss Army Men's Summit XLT Watch from Shnoop.com and did not have a good experience at all.
Seven days after order was placed and credit card had been charged, two emails requesting update (no phone number to call) with no reply, Shnoop.com still said that order pending. So I opened a dispute at Paypal. Right after this I received replies for the two emails and notice of shipping which take another week for item to arrive.
Item was advertised as men watch with 39mm case diameter but it's actually a women watch with case diameter of 33mm.
The watch costed me $69 so I am going to keep it for my wife instead of spending money try to send back or exchange it because I do not want to go through the hassle dealing with Shnoop again.
Wish that I checked reviews for Shnoop before placing the order. Be careful if you want to purchase something from Shnoop!
