I bought Sim City Metropolis and it did not work completely well on my Omnia II. The game works fine but the manuveuring is retard. Asked for a refund they ask to go to EA mobile for support. Wrote to them again they simply ignore. I bought almost 10 softwares and games from them. This is the first time i encountered problem and asked for refund. That will be my last. REFUND?? - just another of scummy marketing gimmick. And when they can't reason you, you walk away. That's their support. Forget handango. Purchase from the original software site is a much wiser choice. I bought from SPB previously and they refund me outright when it failed on my old device. Running an online business they completely forgot about online. I'm going to facebook and blog this horrible experience.

Update 16 Dec: after a week I suddenly received an email from them and paypal that I was refunded. I'm a little skeptical because I never hear anything from them regarding the refund. No response from them at all. I wonder if it's due to the reviews I submitted online. Anyhow, to be fair to them, I'm updating this review. The rest will be emptor caveat.
