Spent hours on the phone and they kept telling me it was just a software issue. If that was true it could of been fixed. They basically told me they did not know why it would not work, so the system was useless to me. Sent it back. BEWARE DELL charges 15% restock fee, and that can be expensive with these over priced machines. There is better deals out there. I learned the hard way.
