I CAN NOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!!! I bought a rain jacket two piece rain suit, shipped slow, when I finally received it, instead of a medium, it was a large, although I had clearly marked medium on all forms and such, and the receipt was even clearly mark, I call and leave a message, a few days later I leave another message, I finally get the service rep today and she's this snotty rude lady, and she refuses to send me my correct item. Unbelievably poor customer service. The lady yells, "fine heres my manager!!" and hangs up on me.... I couldn't believe it. I called back and left a message, and the problem still hasn't been fixed over a week later. Worst cusotmer service I've had to deal with in a LONG time, so DO NOT buy from them.

good overall buying experience, they replaced the bolt with the powerbolt I needed, thank you tippmann pros!
