The ordering process was positive, but having received the system with the operating system on drive "I:" instead of drive "C:" forced me to reload all the software. This should had been noticed and corrected by them before the system was shipped. Hopefully I will not require any software support in the future.

In the interests of fairness though, as soon as they were aware of my situation they, as most companies do, immediately apologized. In addition they extended my warranty without asking. This I find rare in the customer services industry. Overall I would purchase from this company again.
