Recently I purchased a Stereo Kit for my motorcycle from Gooddeals18.com through Amazon.com. When I received the stereo kit and installed it one of the speakers unfortunately did not work. I contacted Goodeals18.com and they immediately responded to me. They addressed my issue promptly and sent out new parts in a timely manner. They also told me that once I’m happy and everything’s working – then I can worry about getting the old parts shipped back to them. My stereo works great! I have to be honest, I’m a bit apprehensive dealing with companies on line because you never know how you’ll be treated if something goes wrong. With Gooddeals18.com that was there best feature! They were honest, patient, helpful and truly concerned with me being a satisfied customer. Amazon.com stands by them and so do I. I highly recommend using Gooddeals18.com!
