Ordering experience: clunky website, very difficult to navigate and find an item, even when you know EXACTLY the name that 3tailer is listing the item under.
Shipping process: After ordering, the form on the website for retrieving shipping information did not work for me and hand to email to get any sort of shipping information. Shipment received 9 business days after order, granted shipping was inexpensive so wasn't all that surprised.
My experience after receiving item:
Ordered clothing which clearly indicated a size medium in the picture, but text I didn't notice indicated size XL. Would have been avoided in the first place by a much better website where you explicitly pick the size item you are ordering (again, clunky website leads to poor customer experience).
After calling customer service, they did not budge on covering any of the shipping costs (original or return). I realize they didn't have to, but it would have been nice for them to cover the shipping either there OR back out of goodwill, or at least gotten some acknowledgement from them that their website was misleading.
They then told me I would receive an RMA on Monday (it was Friday that I called), and now its the following Thursday with no word from their department. This is completely unacceptable. Lucky for me I was able to resell the item on eBay at 100% markup and will end up almost breaking even on the net transaction. Glad I don't have to fight the issue, but I won't ever do business again with these guys!
