This was my first order with newegg, i never ordered from them because the timing never worked out that they had something i needed. They have great reviews everywhere, and i expected that service from them. So i wasn't hesitant at all to order from them. I ordered a 400w power supply, and i received the wrong model, a 330w model. The packing slip says the right model but it seems the packing slip wasn't checked against what was in the box. I called them and got an rma, but for a 3 week turnaround time, it's not even worth it for me to send this back. It was just the principal and a mistake was made, but it might hamper me the next time i might go to order from them.

Shortly after posting this review, newegg saw that i wasn't completely satisfied and called my house. William was very helpful and really concerned that i am 100% satisfied with my newegg experience and offered me 2 options to compensate for the error. This was the first time a company that i have dealt with took the time to personally call me to resolve the issue. I will remove any doubts i might have had about newegg and will they definitely get an A+ in my book for customer satisfaction after how well this was handled. Thank you and keep up the good work! A happy customer is a repeat customer.
**UPDATE**
I Have since ordered many times from newegg, and everytime i order, they just make their standing as the best company i have dealt with more clear. I have 2 orders just in the past week and i am 100% confident, that i will receive them in a timely matter, and they will make any effort to make sure i am happy with it. Unless they do otherwise, this is the first place i will check for any technology needs.
