First of all they ignored all email for 2 weeks, then refused to deliver to the shipping address in the US for no reason.<br><br>When the cameras arrived there was no paperwork with them (receipt, packing slip, nothing). They have taken a craft knife to the box to remove the \u0022refurbished\u0022 label, and in other places colored over it in black pen.
