“AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I ordered some products and they got lost in the mail and finally found and redelivered. I contacted this company (which is only by email since there's no telephone #) and Cheryle emailed me back stating she was going to charge me another shipping fee. I called UPS and they said they would waive the redelivery charge but Moose R Us would have to call since it's their account. I contacted Cheryle back and asked her to please do this. I gave her the phone # of the person she needed to speak to. She said she would not do so that she had already charged my credit card and wasn't refunding. I have NEVER had this bad of customer service. I will not purchase from her again and i WILL get the word out. ”
